I too try to come up with some innovative ideas to feed my kids some vegetables. Hiding stuff in stuff works best for me:)) Squash bread is one of them. Sounds so good! I will try it one day. Thanks!

I love squash, as a vegetable (to which I owe my 20/20 vision:) ) but as a bread…..hmmmm… need to put that on taste test! hehe
