Fresh Vegetable Salad Dip is a composed salad where its vegetables are artfully assembled together and placed on a plate and its dressing is drizzled over the top. The healthful benefits of vegetables give more elegance and attraction to Fresh Garden Salad, makes us always notice them not only on the table but on our plates.
I prepared this Fresh Garden Salad for my friend, Tina, who came to pay a visit few days...

Judge me guilty this Fried Chicken Neck. I admit and I know how high in cholesterol this is but hey, forgive me again! I love its crispiness and juiciness. Fried Chicken Neck is a good chicken dish if you wanted to eat chicken but ran out of budget.
So to make it even, serve them with vegetables. Just be careful to munch only 2 or 3 Fried Chicken Necks. You might find yourself later hypertensive. I hope not because...

Feeding our kids with something healthier like vegetables and fruits is usually a fight scenario at homes and is such a hopeless mom’s mission to accomplish. Moms, like I, do some crazy ideas just to nosh my 3 year old son, Colby, with peas, broccoli or anything green like a spoon pretends to be an airplane to land on his tongue or hide bits of carrots under rice. Although lately, Colby seems to liken...

As a working mom, I usually prepare and leave bites and nibbles in our home so anytime my husband and my son would be starving, warming the food up a little bit is the only thing they needed to do before a hearty meal.

One of the things I like about working in an educational institution is having a frequent FREE food tasting from students of Hotel and Restaurant Management and Nursing Nutrition class. I always ask for the recipes they make if a meal gets my palate’s interest. I have been enjoying this treat for 5 years now since I got the job in the school. I have collected a good number of recipes from international...

Last Saturday afternoon, I wanted to bring my three-year-old son, Colby, to the Worlds of Fun at CSi City Mall so we could have a break from our everyday routine. But it was raining hard because of the typhoon “Isang” so we both just stayed at home and watched Sesame Street video… until we got bored. So I thought of something to cook that Colby might join in and enjoy. And, we made this really...

Some call it spring roll while others call it summer roll. You can call it what you may because this treat can be enjoyed any season of the year!
Well, I grew up in a place where people call this Shanghai Lumpia – a very well known Asian dimsum. Although I don’t think Lumpiang Shanghai really originated in Shanghai, China like the adopted fast food french fries didn’t really originate in France....

I am excited to post a review of KFC’s new product offering – KFC Cheesy Barbecue Meltz.(Please don’t think this is a paid ad, it’s not.) I guess one good reason I’m excited about this review is the love I have for tortilla breads and everything in it – meat, cheese, onions, mayo, salsa and even – fruit jams! Tortillas are easy to prepare, quick and fun to eat, always having that...
