Add some walnut pieces and raisins. and if you are inclined, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. you are getting good, onez.

I have tasted the banana lemon bread/cake of Hungrynez, actually banana cake is one of my favorite patries/cakes, and after tasting it, I am truly impressed with the taste, it is not just palatable but satisfyingly delicious, ready for market and can compete anyhow.
