Time was, Filipinos are addicted to a chicken dish called TINOLANG MANOK. As any mother would say, simpler is better. And nothing beats the stress-free cooking of a SCRAMBLED EGG. I added a handful of French fries to add an appeal to my 4 year old son, Colby, who loves fries.
SCRAMBLED EGG WITH FRENCH FRIES
1 teaspoon unsalted butter or cooking oil
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk
salt and ground black pepper to taste
